Anointing oil from the Holy Land

Olive oil has been recognized as one of the finer oils for at least 3000 years. In addition to its well-documented health-promoting value, olive oil is also appreciated for its excellent taste. Since the early days of Moses, followed by the practices of the Prophet Samuel, olive oil has been used to anoint selected persons as high priests (Aharon) or kings (Saul and David).

Continuing old and new traditions, we produce olive oil from olives harvested on the slopes of the eastern lower Galilee overlooking the Jordan River and the Sea of Galilee (Lake Kinneret).

The olive grove enjoys the fine air and is cared for while looking at some of the more sacred Christian spots. Magdal, now called Migdal, and the surrounding area experienced the wonders of running on the water and the wonder of bread and fish about 2000 years ago.

Once the oil is pressed from the olive fruit, it is filtered and selected essence or flavors are added to enhance the experience of using this fine oil.
